Open the paywall and tap Restore Purchases. If that does not fix it, email me. Include the Apple Account you bought it with, and I will sort it out.
No. If you are signed into iCloud, your friends and notes appear on the new phone once you sign in and open Ciao!. The same is true of an iPad. The unlock is tied to your Apple Account, not the phone, so tap Restore Purchases once on the new one.
Open that person and choose to archive them. The reminders stop and nothing fades. You can bring them back later, or not.
Delete the app, then turn its storage off in iOS Settings → your name → iCloud. That removes everything on your side. Invite-code records are kept separately and survive deleting the app, so email me and I will remove those too.
